- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Certain items may have specific return criteria, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return:

- Clearly package the item(s) you wish to return, including the RMA number, and send them to the address provided by our customer service team.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Some health and personal care items are not eligible for returns.
To complete your return, proof of purchase (such as a receipt) is required. Please do not send your item directly to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable):
- Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition for reasons not caused by us.

- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the return value. Once we receive the returned item, we will email the gift certificate to you.
- If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will process the refund to the gift giver, who will be informed of the return.
